Katy Perry has been crowned the hottest woman alive by Maxim. The singer finds herself at the top of the magazine’s Hot 100 list because she is sexy and talented. The magazine adds that the 25-year old “is the best friend you suddenly realize you’ve loved your whole life. The rad chick who taught you how to skateboard and whistle and also looks unbelievable in a bikini.” Last year’s #1 girl Olivia Wilde took a huge nosedive this year and landed herself in the #20 spot. Rounding out the top ten are Brooklyn Decker, Zoe Saldana, Blake Lively, Megan Fox, Rihanna, Elisabetta Canalis, Olivia Munn, Kim Kardashian and Marisa Miller.

Inglourious Basterds star Christoph Waltz was offered oral sex by a starstruck female fan ahead of the Oscars.

The actor – who went on to win Best Supporting Actor at Sunday night’s Awards – is said to have “looked amused” when the leggy blonde made a play for him.

But Waltz, 53, laughed and declined the offer at producer Harvey Weinstein’s pre-Oscar party.

An onlooker said: “Waltz was surrounded by women all night.

“Everybody wanted to congratulate him on his performance. But one woman went further and announced, ‘I give great b*owjobs.’”

Also at the bash at the Soho House club in Los Angeles were Quentin Tarantino, Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Rafaeli, Gerard Butler, Tom Ford, Carey Mulligan, Olivia Wilde, Adrien Brody, Gabourey Sidibe, Laurence Fishburne and Colin Firth.

Transformers beauty Megan Fox has been beaten to the top of US Maxim’s Hot 100 List – by the very actress she admits having a huge crush on.

House star Olivia Wilde has been named the sexiest woman on the planet by the magazine, and it comes just days after Fox, who was second, said she could see herself in a relationship with a girl.

Fox then added: “Olivia Wilde is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands. She’s mesmerizing.”

Wilde told Maxim: “I’m considered sexy even though I’m wearing a lab coat every day and seen as a doctor on TV. That really says something. Playing someone who is not defined by her looks and being considered hot, that really makes me feel good.”

The rest of the top ten, in order, is filled out by model Bar Rafaeli, actresses Malin Akerman, Mila Kunis and Eliza Dushku, model Adriana Lima, singer Rihanna and TV stars Jordana Brewster and Jennifer Love
