Tiger Woods has been dumped by communications giant AT&T.

The firm said it will no longer sponsor the embattled golf car in the wake of his numerous alleged infidelities.

The company, whose logo appeared on Woods’ golf bag, joins Accenture and Gillette in dropping the sports star.

Woods, 34, was also the host of the AT&T National PGA event in July.

The Dallas-based phone company says it will continue to sponsor the event, according to US reports.

The firm did not comment on why it was axeing Woods, who has taken an indefinite leave from the game as he battles to save his marriage.

He has now been linked to at least 13 women and has publicly apologised.

His wife of five years, Elin, 29, is said to have seen a divorce lawyer and spent Christmas with her family in her native Sweden.

Supermodel Agyness Deyn has reportedly dumped her rocker boyfriend Miles Kane.

The 26-year-old model was dating musician Kane, 23, from band The Last Shadow Puppets, but it is claimed she dumped him after saying she was too busy for a long-distance relationship.

A source said to British newspaper The Sun: “Miles has taken it badly. Agyness tried to let him down as gently as she could.

“She explained that she didn’t want to carry on seeing him because she couldn’t devote enough time to him.

“She said that her modelling career had to come first at the moment and it wasn’t fair to Miles for him to be a poor second. With Aggy often in the States and Miles working in England, trying to keep a transatlantic relationship alive was difficult at the best of times.

“Aggy is constantly rushed off her feet so she had to end it before it got too serious.”

Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo says he knows what it is like to be dumped and that his “heart has been hurt”.

The 24-year-old, who has previously been linked to Paris Hilton, said on a Spanish radio show: “I’ve received many more knocks to my legs than my heart. But my heart has been hurt.

“Women have ended relationships with me many times. Luckily, I’m a winner and I’ve always got over it.”

The Real Madrid star also said that his ex-girlfriend, Gemma Atkinson, helped him to improve his English.

He said: “I learned to speak English well with my girlfriend there. I lost my embarrassment. She helped a lot.”
