Mel Gibson threatened the mother of his baby daughter with a gun and vowed to bury her in his rose garden, according to US reports.

Oksana Grigorieva reportedly told cops the Mad Max star threatened her with a handgun at his estate in Malibu, California, during a blazing row.

During another heated argument he allegedly said: “I will bury you in the rose garden.”

Gibson, 54, is fighting to save his career after it emerged that LA County Sheriffs confirmed he was a potential suspect in a domestic violence investigation.

The sheriffs are understood to be looking into claims that the actor punched Oksana in the face twice, knocking out one of her teeth and chipping another one.

According to one showbiz news blog, Oksana has accused Gibson of hitting her on January 6 this year, while she was holding their eight-month-old baby Lucia.

US reports claim the Russian singer secretly recorded some of the bust-ups with Gibson.

Sources have told one website that the 30-minute tape has been submitted to an LA judge as part of the couple’s custody battle over their eight-month-old daughter.

Gibson has denied the domestic abuse allegations through his lawyers.

The actor’s legal team will reportedly present evidence to Sheriff’s deputies claiming Oksana fabricated some of the stories and tried to extort Gibson by demanding cash in return for the secretly recorded tapes.

Halle Berry and her former partner Gabriel Aubry have reportedly been considering their legal options regarding custody of their daughter Nahla.

According to reports, the actress is slated to spend three months in South Africa filming a new movie and wanted her daughter to travel with her, reportedly prompting Aubry to explore what legal avenues he could pursue regarding permanent custody.

“It’s been pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla the last few weeks,” Radar Online quotes a source saying.

“He’s really getting sick of it and it’s getting to the point where he is seriously considering his options regarding pursuing permanent custody. He refuses to give up rights to his daughter, he loves her more than anything and is determined to be a regular, full-time fixture in her life.”

The Oscar winner and the model, who announced their split last month, are said to have worked out an agreement that will see the former couple share a house while Berry works.

“Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full-time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she’s there, and to be Nahla’s full-time caregiver,” the source said.

Charlie Sheen has surrendered custody of his two daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards.

It is believe the actress asked for full legal custody of six-year-old Sam and four-year-old Lola following Sheen’s alleged issues with sobriety, TMZ exclusively reports.

The Two and a Half Men star is reported to have not fought Richards’ request.

Previously the former couple had shared joint custody of the girls.

The new arrangement will mean Richards is able to make all the decisions regarding education and medical care for her daughters without consulting Sheen.

Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James is still locked in a custody battle with his ex-wife and porn star Janine Lindemulder.

Acccording to reports, a judge has denied Lindemulder visitation rights to see the couple’s six-year-old daughter Sunny, who has lived with James and Hollywood actress Bullock since January 2009.

But Lindemulder – currently in a halfway house following a parole violation – did win the right to make daily phone calls to Sunny.

Bullock, 45, has been helping James, 40, raise Sunny for the past year while the adult film actress was in prison for tax evasion.

Lindemulder served six months in jail and was released in July 2009.

On Monday, James complained in court about the latest ruling and told the judge that his ex-wife: “Texts up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny but sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call.”

He also claimed that Lindemulder “has no filter” when it comes to discussing her recent time in prison. James told the court: “There’s a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don’t think a six-year-old can comprehend or process.”

He also told the judge that his ex was a no-show on Christmas.

The next hearing is scheduled for June 14.

Porn star Janine Lindemulder has angrily lashed out at Sandra Bullock for trying to take custody of her daughter.

Tattooed Janine used to be married to Bullock’s husband Jesse James and they have a five-year-old daughter, Sunny.

Now Bullock and James are fighting for sole custody of the child, accusing Janine of being an unfair mum who falls asleep following drug binges and highlighting her recent stint in jail over tax charges.

But now Janine is fighting back and attacking the Hollywood actress for trying to take her child.

“What would give her the right to take away my daughter?,” she asked, clearly outraged.

As part of their court bid, Bullock wrote a lengthy application for custody. In it she states: “While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.”

Saying the attacks “hurt her tremendously”, Janine insists she is a changed woman.

“I am the best mother I can be,” she insisted.

“Yes, I have absolutely made horrific choices in the past. I’ve had my share of drugs.

“But then there’s a huge portion of my life, a 10-year span, where there’s nothing – I didn’t need it.”

Debbie Rowe is suing a self-described friend for allegedly suggesting she was willing to surrender her custody rights over her two children with Michael Jackson for money.

In court papers filed on Thursday at the Los Angeles Superior Court, Rowe is suing Rebecca White for defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The ex-wife of Michael Jackson says White falsely claimed she had received an email in July from Rowe saying of Prince Michael I and Paris: “I’m not going after custody … These kids are not mine. They were never mine. They were always Michael’s.”

White made her claims on US entertainment show Extra!

The legal documents further allege Rowe never sent White a second email three days later saying: “My lawyer is telling me I have to take some responsibility about the welfare of the children … Do I want the kids? Hell no. Does it look good for me to ask for them? Absolutely. I don’t want to look like the woman who gave away her kids and just forgot about them. Would Michael want Joe [Jackson] to have them? I think it would be the last thing that he would ever have wanted.”

The court papers do say Rowe and White have emailed each other before, “but none discussing Mr Jackson, his family, or Ms Rowe’s children. There are also no emails between the parties since Mr Jackson’s death (with the exception of two sent by Ms White, to which Ms Rowe did not respond, and in fact, one of which was not even opened until July 14, 2009, when Ms White’s interview first came to light).”

The lawsuit alleges White has tried to make money out of celebrities before, including Naomi Campbell, Robbie Williams and the late Heath Ledger.
