Late heiress Casey Johnson was reportedly planning to release a sex tape of herself and ex-girlfriend Courtenay Semel to land a reality show.

The 30-year-old was recently found dead at her home in LA and it is claimed she wanted to make money out of the tape.

Semel said: “We had our sex tape. It was either listen to our families and do what they say to get our lives back, or do it ourselves and sell this tape, work on our show.

“That was kind of our plan.”

Semel added that they used to say to each other: “We can get the money. We’ve already filmed it – why don’t we just put it out there and we’ll just take the money for it? We don’t need our parents.”

Semel said that they used the video to negotiate with their parents: “We used it as bribery on both sides of our families.”

Casey Johnson’s former girlfriend Courtenay Semel is said to be ‘devastated’ at news of the heiress’s death.

Johnson was recently found dead at her home in LA aged 30 and her ex-girlfriend Semel, whose dad is the former Yahoo boss Terry Semel, told of her love for the star on Twitter.

She wrote: “LOVE U CJ FOREVER AND EVER… C U in my dreams X CJS.”

A source close to Semel said: “Despite the current state of their relationship, Courtenay is devastated.

“I know their relationship was true love. They were superclose and understood each other’s socialite background.”
