After the recent events that supposedly left her devastated, Lindsay Lohan is back to her old, drunken self again as she was recently spotted partying all night long in Hollywood… supposedly with a friend. Can you say “denial”? Whether or not you can, it is pretty clear that Lindsay Lohan is heading for a complete and permanent meltdown… somebody should stop her. But hopefully, that somebody will be a complete stranger because between her father and mother and her even more wasted friends, Lindsay Lohan is better off soaking up alcohol like there was no tomorrow… and most of the times, she probably doesn’t expect there will be one.

Piers Morgan has leapt to the defence of his good friend David Hasselhoff.

The Knight Rider star was rushed to hospital by ambulance over the weekend with alcohol poisoning, according to US reports.

The Hoff, who has battled alcoholism for years, was at home with his 17-year-old daughter and his male assistant and had been drinking for more than a day, according to online reports.

Morgan and Hasselhoff have become close friends during their time as judges on America’s Got Talent.

“Look, he is one of my good friends… and I was very sorry to hear this,” Morgan said, as he stood in as a guest co-host on NBC’s Today Show.

“I don’t know what has really gone on and if he is watching this now, and I am sure he might be, I am sure he is fine.

“He has got a problem he will admit that and it is very sad for him, he is a really good guy and a brave guy.”

Morgan added: “A lot of people might be laughing about this, but actually it is not funny, and he has a tough time and does his best to deal with it.

“I wish him all the best, I really do. He is a very good guy and has a big heart.”
