Saucy star Mel B has admitted she has “sexercise” with her husband five times a day.

Mel, 34, married hubby Stephen Belafonte, also 34, in 2007 and she said she is a “nymphomaniac” when it comes to her movie-producer husband.

Talking about her newly-toned abs, she said: “Of course, he[Stephen] likes them, but then he’s seen me every which way over the past eight years – including when I put on three stone after my last pregnancy – and he always loves my body.

“In fact, on top of all my exercise, I have sex with Stephen five times a day. Maybe that has something to do with it?”

She added: “Unless we’re apart for some reason, it’s four or five times every day. I have to admit, I’m a nymphomaniac with him. It’s sexercise!”

Geri Halliwell doesn’t care if her daughter becomes a “goth lesbian”.

How random! Personally I don’t think about my infant daughter becoming a lesbian; something to worry about in about 14 years time I would have thought? Anyway, I digress…

The single parent insists she will stand by her daughter – Bluebell Madonna, who turns two on May 14 – no matter what choices she makes in life.

She told a British radio station: “If she turns out to be a goth lesbian who works in dental surgery then that’s OK.”

Geri also says when Bluebell grows up she will pass on everything she has learned throughout her eventful life. The Spice Girls star added: “I’ll be absolutely honest with her and not judge her. But equally I’ll empower her with education and that’s all we can do. The more we censure somebody, the more they’re likely to act out. It’s about giving boundaries and we all need boundaries. After that I think she’ll be a smart enough girl to make her own choices.”

David and Victoria Beckham appear to be keeping their marriage, ahem, interesting. The couple visited the Pleasure Chest adult superstore in Hollywood at the weekend.

A source said: “David grabbed a small shopping basket and stocked up on some goods. Victoria was very vocal, cracking jokes constantly. They seemed to know exactly what they wanted and after asking an assistant where items were, they grabbed what they came for.”

Wonder what they had planned for their short break this week without the kids…

The all-singing, all-dancing, all-swearing Spice Girls’ reunion truck ground to a halt last night.

Led by chief trucker Mel B, the girls’ comeback has been a lewd and crude affair. We’ve had more naughty references to sex acts and body parts on stage than you can shake a microphone at. And I discovered another of the fivesome’s X-rated revels as they ended their world tour yesterday in Toronto, Canada.

The girls have recorded a secret cover of soul classic Get Here. Oleta Adams had a Top Five hit in 1991 with the song, first recorded by Brenda Russell. You know the one, it went: “I don’t care how you get here, just get here if you can”.

Only the Spices’ version of the track isn’t quite so romantic. It goes: “I don’t care how you f*** me, just f*** me if you can.”

Charming.

The girls all have personal copies of the song, which they recorded in an acapella style during their tour. They’d better just hope it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. Not that these girls seem to give a XXXX these days. Their tour tested the definition of a family show.

And I hear we haven’t seen the last of the, er, ladies. A series of new gigs are close to being agreed. A source revealed: “This tour was cut short because Mel C couldn’t cope with carrying on. But there will be more one-off gigs in the future, starting at Wembley Stadium this summer.”

Who knows, maybe the girls will even give their new track an airing.

Scary Spice has always had a loud mouth – someone once compared it to that of a drunken trucker. And you have to give her credit for being a straight-talking, say it as she she’s it type of gal. But her recent outbursts are enough to terrify even the crudest, crotch-scratching fella, let alone the band’s young fans.

Furious parents have had to cover their kids’ ears to protect them from Mel’s stream of smut during the Spices’ run at London’s O2 arena. The gigs include a bit where the girls discuss what they have had “too much of” before they launch into their hit Too Much. Clever, eh?

But Mel went too far on Friday night, when she complained she’d had too much, ahem, “stimulation” of certain intimate areas of her body. As families looked on in horror, she used words far too vulgar to print here to describe her private parts

One parent said, “It crossed the line. I know the Spice Girls are supposed to be a bit controversial but this is a family show. It should come with a warning if that sort of language is going to be used. I wanted to walk out but that would have upset my kids.”

Who needs sex education? A couple of minutes with Auntie Mel at her O2 School of Skank and your kids will have enough filthy words to turn the playground blue for months. Girl Power? Filth power, more like.

Not like all of the time, although that would be tasty.

The couple spent several hours Monday night in a private room at Vegas’ Spearmint Rhino, a strip club. Hmm…

According to their rep, they “did go to a strip club with a group of friends to celebrate one of the friend’s birthday”.

Umm, maybe it’s just me, but it doesn’t seem like saying they were in a group really helps their cause very much.

I will say this, if they were nude, wish I had been a fly on that wall!

We’ve only got a while to go until the Spice Girls are officially reunited. But the girls have something for their fans who can’t wait until their first concert back together in December.

Much like Justin Timberlake did last year, Baby, Ginger, Sporty, Scary and Posh are going to be performing at the big Victoria’s Secret fashion show in LA which will be broadcast for the Kodak Theater.

The Victoria’s Secret special will air on November 15 on CBS. That’s around the same time that the Spice Girls greatest hits album comes out. Perfect timing, no? What a great marketing strategy!

Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney’s possibly estranged little sister, was not the only celebrity who attended Justin Timberlake’s concert on Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Soccer heartthrob David Beckham and his Spice Girl wife Victoria were also present at the ‘Sexy Back’ singer’s show.

It’s not really rare to see these two out and about. Especially given the fact that Victoria is pretty much a camera whore. But then again, she may be taking some notes from JT. I mean, she is about to go on a tour of her own with the rest of the Spice Girls.

The Spice Girls have hired choreographer to the stars Adam Shankman to help make their comeback tour a spectacular affair. Victoria Beckham – Posh Spice – reportedly used her newfound Los Angeles connections to recruit Shankman, who worked on the recent Hairspray movie, and is a judge on So You Think You Can Dance. It’s good to see that they are reuniting and after that not just sitting and cracking jokes, they are actually doing some work and putting in efforts to make their world tour a success. The cover of their new album is going to be embedded with something cool representing the names of each of the five members and now they have recruited Shankman for the dance part of the stage shoes. Lets hope all their best laid plans become a success and their fans have one more reason to remember them for a long long time to come.

Man, being a pop singer must really make you want to go bonkers and do crazy stuff. First the rumors that Britney Spears turned bisexual and was hooking up with girls and now Melanie Brown. Brown, who just had a baby with Eddie Murphy, just married Stephen Belafonte. Christa Parker, whose children go to school with Scary’s children, has come out to a magazine and said she has had lesbian encounters with Scary. So why has she chosen this moment to come out and make this revelation after Melanie has got married and had a child, Christa is acting too smart and trying to out wit her former partner coz she might be feeling a void now that Melanie is not going to come back to her. This lady doesn’t give a shit about Melanie or her life. If she did, she wouldn’t be telling this story (which still could be totally untrue) to any magazines. It’s sad what people will do for a little cash. More than the cash these people love playing with other’s reputation, they think its all fun no harm.

It’s common knowledge right now that the Spice Girls aren’t all hunky dory together. Instead of being sweet as sugar on each other, they’re all spice and everything not nice. It seems that the girls are still on some sick competition.

And it extends even to their hair stylists. It’s being reported by The Mirror that the girls will be dragging 10 hair stylists on tour with them. In addition to that, Victoria Beckham will travel with a plethora of personal assistants, managers and security guards. An insider says that it’s a far cry from when they first started having only 1 stylist to go around all of them.

Not even a full month since the announcement of their reunion and there are reportedly catfights within the Spice Girls. According to several British tabloids, the girls are fighting each other to become the top dog. All of which are happening behind the cameras.

Scary is reportedly showing up late for meetings and events and even ‘acting crazy and desperate to show off’. Ginger and Posh are pointing fingers at each other saying that their using the reunion to push their own agendas, Sporty hasn’t really been hanging around them and Baby is said to be none too supportive about everything.

How about we just drop the whole thing all together so we don’t waste any more time?
