Actress Anna Friel has revealed she got fit for her role in new movie Land of the Lost by using “possibly the biggest vibrator you’ve ever seen”.

Anna, 33, said she “hates work-outs” and used a power plate to shape up for the role of Holly Cantrell in the film alongside Will Ferrell.

She said: “I swear to God, I hate work-outs. I can’t bear them. But I had to get really fit.”

Talking about her work-out solution, she said: “I’ll tell you how every girl should work out – I had possibly the biggest vibrator you’ve ever seen. It’s called the power plate and has a handle and vibrates.

“You stand on it and it makes every muscle vibrate 40 times a second. So you only have to do 10 minutes a day and everything goes whoosh. It’s remarkable.

“I had a little tent outside my trailer with it in. Everyone would walk past it and hear a buzzing sound then say: ‘Anna’s vibrating again.’”

Anna also admitted that she was teased by her co-stars Will Ferrell and Danny McBride about a lesbian scene she filmed in 1993 for British TV show Brookside.

She said: “Oh, they loved talking about my lesbian thing. They all love that. They were always like: ‘She’s a famous lesbian in England.’ I would reply: ‘Yeah, all right boys. Moving swiftly on.’”

Eva Longoria Parker likes to be tied up during sex, she has revealed.

The Desperate Housewives star, married to basketball player Tony Parker, said her restraint of choice is a silk scarf.

She said: “I’m not averse to being tied up with silk scarves.”

She added: “I like a man to take charge. There’s something very sexy about being submissive.”

Eva plays love cheat Gabrielle Solis in the hit show, which is now in its sixth season.

She was speaking to mark Cosmopolitan magazine’s Best Ever Sex survey.

In the survey, actress Kirsten Dunst also revealed that she once had sex in a shop changing room with Jake Gyllenhaal.

Josh Duhamel says that he uses the stripper pole in his house more than his wife Fergie does.

The couple received the pole as a wedding present but, despite regularly dancing on stage, the actor says his wife has given toy a wide berth.

“You want to know the truth? I’ve played on the pole more than she has,” says the 36-year-old who thinks the “a**” is the hottest part of a woman’s body.

“If you know my wife, she’s a perfectionist and won’t get on until she’s good, so she wants to take a class first. So the pole is really just decorative at this point.”

But Duhamel – who has only been married to Fergie for six months – says they manage to spice up their love life without using the pole.

“As for keeping things spicy,” he says, “I have to quote Kevin Bacon: ‘Keep the fights clean and the sex dirty’.”

The actor says that being married has changed his relationship with the 34-year-old Black Eyed Peas singer. “It just feels more chill now because there’s less pressure,” he says.

“We’ve done it, we’re together, we’re happy…and it’s a great feeling. Everything I do now involves [Fergie] and I love that.

“Sometimes it amazes me that she chose me.”

Jenny McCarthy, the blonde bombshell apparently still enjoys her sex routines with actor Jim Carrey so much so that she brags about the whole intimacy issue publicly as if she has just come out of bed post a steamy session.

Tommy Lee has no intention of giving up sex with groupies. The Motley Crue rocker – who recently claimed he had rekindled his relationship with ex-wife Pamela Anderson, with who he has two sons – insists he has no reason to stop his ‘mission’.

When asked how many groupies he had slept with, he replied: “There’s no number, just a mission. And it’s still going. There’s no way we are clamming down.”

Kylie, 39, scooped 15 per cent of the vote, while Hollywood beauty Angelina Jolie finished a close second with 13 per cent. British TV presenter Fearne Cotton, Cameron Diaz and Beyoncé Knowles also featured in the top five.

Despite being most famous for her shapely rear, Kylie has always insisted her feet are her favourite body part. She recently said: “My feet are quite good. I’ve had many a girlfriend curse me about my feet!”

Well it’s not the best title I have ever written. And it’s not exactly headline news. But I did have to give it a mention; simply because everyone else won’t stop talking about it. Thos with a vivid imagination may feel a bit squeamish after this…sorry.

Jordan a.k.a Katie Price – has never been known for her shyness when it comes to sex talk.
