This is the philosophy the guys from JLS seem to have adopted as their supply of condoms never runs low due to their parents. This is what Aston Merrygold said on the matter: “It’s all about staying safe. We all think so. My mom sends me down a stash and I dish them out to the lads so none of us have to worry.” So, he’s the one that provides for the whole bunch. The others must really be in debt to him… not to mention the world for not having to cope with a mini-version of JLS.

The Pussycat Dolls singer has recently stated that she is confident that Sugababes have not changed even despite the departure of Keisha Buchanan. This is what Kimberly Wyatt said on the matter: “Of course the Sugababes can continue with three different people. There is life after the band because people grow as human beings and need to honor their ambitions and dreams. The Pussycat Dolls is built like a Broadway show and people come and go. The Pussycat Dolls will continue even if some people leave.” Am I mistaken… or is Kimberly Wyatt taking this opportunity to try and banish her own insecurities regarding the future of The Pussycat Dolls with this statement? Mayhaps there is turmoil in their midst also… a plot seems to be brewing.

Unfortunately, the past can rear its ugly head on you at the most unpredictable of times. Coming this October, Carmen Electra will be releasing a second album called ‘C-17’. This time, we can thank producer One Seven for the catastrophe. I didn’t even know she had a first album. I could care less for a second. According to the producer “Most of the songs are gritty and intense up-tempo tracks.” For some reason, I think that history will repeat itself and the actress and wannabe singer’s new album will be a bomb. Honestly, I love Carmen but she should just stick to showing off her physical assets.

Given recent rumors that the Pussycat Dolls might be coming to an end due to anger inside the band, singer Melody Thornton felt the need to reassure the band’s fans that they’re not going to split anytime soon. She said: “It’s good news for our fans. I don’t think we’re breaking up any time soon. As long as this thing is moving, we’re all still here. The reviews say a lot about the need for an evolution within the Pussycat Dolls. Nicole’s always had extra things going on as opposed to the rest of us, but we have aspirations as well. It’s definitely a huge misconception that we are just chilling and happy to just be members of the group.” Yeah, the Pussycat Dolls definitely need an evolution. They’re probably going to disband and reform under a new name, or perhaps come back together after a couple of years and claim they have “grown”.

Tommy Lee turned vegetarian to win back his ex-wife Pamela Anderson.

I wish this was a joke but there’s actually proof that it’s not. Brooke is scheduled to open for UK super girl group Girls Aloud on Friday at London’s O2 Arena. I don’t get it. Girls Aloud is a huge band in the UK and in other places. They can pick almost anyone they want to open for them. Why the heck would they choose Brooke Hogan?! Whoever booked that gig for her better get shot.

As they say, all good things come to an end. A new report is saying that last Tuesday night’s American Idol only reeled in 21.25 million viewers. It may not sound bad but it’s not Idol best. Apparently, the show has not been that low since its second season in 2003. If you see the number of viewers for Tuesday night performance shows from January 15 up to last week, the numbers go up and down from 33.24 million to the disappointing 21.25 million. It has just not been their season. What is the deal? They need to shake things up for next season.

American Idol has the extreme power of ruining the hopes and dreams of thousands of wannabe singers. But the show has also ruined something besides that – a fan’s dress. A 17-year old fan of the show got ticked off when a sticker they made her wear at an April 22 taping ruined her sequined dress. Said fan tried to take off the sticker to have Andrew Lloyd Webber sign it but the glue from the sticker wouldn’t come off the dress. She’s not planning to sue (she wouldn’t have a case either way) she just wants her dress fixed. She actually emailed the show but only got an automated response.

The Madonna and Mariah Carey battle has been going on for a while. Who will sell more albums? Who will break more records? Now, the question is whose film will be better? Both the divas have films screening at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival. Madonna’s ‘I Am Because We Are’ premiered on Thursday. Her film is a documentary focusing on the severe issues in Malawi in which Madonna was a writer, producer and narrator for. Mariah’s film ‘Tennessee’ will premiere on Saturday. Mariah acts in the film as a waitress with singing dreams to pursue in Tennessee. Considering that she’s acting in this one, I’ll give Madonna the award right now.

Kate Moss’ fiance had a furious row with police after his band held a raucous party in their hotel room.

The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince and his group infuriated staff at a Barcelona hotel with their loud antics as they filmed a video in one of the suites. After ignoring all pleas to keep quiet, staff phoned the police.

Jamie’s bandmate Alison Mosshart said: “They demanded the tapes. They were called because we woke up some silly b*****d who couldn’t take her hands off the phone to the front desk.”

A source added: “It sounded like they were having a riotous party, with shrieking and laughing. It was the early hours and people weren’t impressed. The police thing was a massive over-reaction but no one was arrested.”

She’s decided to give him another go. No, Brit isn’t taking K-Fed back. Instead she is bringing back former manager Larry Rudolph.

Britney gave him the boot a while back, accusing him of forcing her to go into rehab. A source close to the former pop princess confirms the story, “It’s true. They are working together.”

Britney and Rudolph worked together back in the day for nine years, only separating around the time Britney and Kevin Federline married. They were back together just after the marriage fell apart.

Rudolph is back, filling the position left by Sam Lufti.

There’s practically nothing left in the world that Madonna hasn’t conquered but as she tells Q magazine, apparently there still is. The Queen of Pop tells the magazine “What else is there for me to conquer? Hopefully my ego. How will I know when I’ve succeeded? When I stop caring what anyone thinks.” If you ask my opinion, I think she’s already done that. If her actions are anything to go by, we all know that she doesn’t care anymore. She’s obviously proud of who she is and she’s flaunting it all the way! I think she can now say that there’s really nothing left for her to conquer.

Aaron Carter was arrested by police for drug possession midday Thursday. The former pop star was stopped by the cops for speeding in Kimble County, Texas when a subsequent search of his Cadillac Escalade turned up about two ounces (56.7 grams) of marijuana. He was then taken to a local jail in the town of Junction, where he stayed for the night as he waited for Friday morning for his arraignment. Honestly, I’m surprised it took him this long to get arrested. I would have placed my bets on him getting arrested sooner – before Lindsday Lohan even. He must do a lot of dodging.

Pete Doherty has a list of drug offences longer than my shopping list; but this time he is being accused of stealing song lyrics. Perhaps all those drugs killed his brain cells; preventing any originality?

The track in question, Baddie’s Boogies features on Babyshambles album Shotters Nation. The claim is that some of the lyrics bear a similarity to some penned by punk poet Nick Toczeks.

On the track, Pete sings: “A lousy life for a washed-up wife of a permanently plastered, p****d up b*****d.” But an almost identical lyric is in the song Stiff With A Quiff by Nick’s Eighties punk band, Britanarchists.

Nick has never met Pete, there is no credit for him on the album and he only knew about the lyrical similarity when he heard the released record.

And it’s not just the words that are in question. An ex pal of Babyshambles guitarist Mik Whitnall claims the tune for Baddie’s Boogie was based on one of his.

Hmmm is it a coincidence or has Pete really sunk so low as to pinch other people’s work. They have refused to comment – a sign of guilt? Who knows…

Britney Spears may have been the last to know about her little sister Jamie Lynn’s pregnancy but that doesn’t mean she’s bitter about it. The pop wreck just spent around $500 for a gift basket for her 16-year old sister.

Brit reportedly called up West Hollywood baby emporium Petit Tresor late Wednesday afternoon and ordered Jamie Lynn a Tuni & G tank top with the words ‘Hot Mama 2 B’ on it as well as a bunch of all white items including a blanket, a stuffed elephant, onesies, socks and sneakers. It looks like Britney is playing the excited aunt-to-be.

It’s been no secret that KFed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is seeking for sanctions regarding Britney Spears not attending her deposition last week. Now, it’s being reported that Kaplan will ask Commissioner Scott Gordon to delay a hearing next month where the pop wreck will ask to restore some of her custody rights. Kaplan is reportedly going to ask if that hearing can be put off until April.

Brit’s lawyer will show up at the hearing this week and oppose Kaplan’s move. But Kaplan has a strong chance of succeeding especially if he points out that Britney was out and about on the night of her supposed deposition.

Rihann’s latest album is called ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’. Well, let’s just say that Rihanna is now a bad girl gone badder. The Barbadian babe excited many fans when she took to the stage at the SECC in Glasgow, UK on Friday in an S&M inspired get up.
