Just days after agreeing to portray a member of Charles Manson´s real-life murderous cult in The Manson Girls, work shy Lindz has reportedly sealed a deal to strip naked in a new movie called Florence.

It is claimed the 21-year-old will be paid just $70,000 for the opportunity to play a sex mad waitress.

Fresh out of rehab Lindsay Lohan arrived in LA over the weekend after completing her outpatient program in Utah. After LiLo decided to shelf her long-running feud with her dad and had her mother lift a restraining order, Michael Lohan made his way to the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation center in Utah, where Ms Lohan is currently undergoing treatment.

Think about it: from a very young age their money-hungry parents throw them into the “Hollywood lifestyle” and encourage them to attend parties and socialize with unscrupulous, shady characters which may seem a little weird to a young kid at first but if your parents are encouraging you to be in this sort of environment (and they are the ones that God put on this earth to protect you), after a while your mind is bound to get all messed up and situations that were once really weird and creepy are now completely normal. Drugs? Why not?

Lindsay Lohan was sued Tuesday for assault and negligence by a passenger in a car the actress allegedly chased while drunk last month

“What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible,” Tracie Rice, the woman who filed the suit, said in statement. “Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”

Rice’s attorney, Paul Hoffman tells “My client, Tracie Rice, thought she was going to die that night, and wants Ms. Lohan to be held accountable because Lohan’s behavior was so extreme and outrageous. Ms. Rice is still traumatized from the incident.”

Hoffman says they’re suing for an undisclosed amount. No hearing date has been selected yet.

Lohan’s reply was not immediately available for comment. Lohan, 21, was arrested last month on suspicion of drunken driving after the brief chase that ended in Santa Monica. Police later found a small amount of cocaine in her pocket. Lohan was chasing a car driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of Lohan’s assistant. Rice was a passenger in Peck’s vehicle.

Three men have claimed they were unwilling passengers in the car Lohan was driving.

Lindsay should be shown a 3 hour video and be made to read letters of children whose parents have lost their lives due to dui. She is going to kill some one. She gone from drunk to drunk with cocaine.. next its heroine. It kills me to see that there are so many aspiring actresses that would love to have a career like the one Lindsay has. This young lady does not appreciate the blessings that God has given her, and she won’t until she damages her career so much that she can’t comeback. This young lady has been released form a rehab for alcohol related issues and in just 3-4 days she back to square one. How could she have possibly left the rehab and how could the staff and people responsible discharge her. It’s all like one big joke and the credibility of the rehab where she was admitted to should be reviewed and its operating license revoked.

Friday the 13th was anything but unlucky for actress and delinquent Lindsay Lohan. A 2005 car crash was caused as a result of her reckless driving while intoxicated. She has spent the last month or two in rehab and seems to be making a positive change. Her 21st birthday party was much lower key than previously planned. The woman that Lindsay hit in the crash failed to show up in court so the Judge dismissed the entire case. What kind of an idiot is she? When a multi-million dollar celebrity owes you money, you show up to fight for it! This story is absolutely surprising. I can’t imagine why she would have chosen to completely ditch out on the hearing. Perhaps Lindsay paid her off in secret. I myself would have been there with bells on. I guess Lohan can take this to mean she may have a chance at redeeming herself after all. Hopefully it will be more effective than Paris Hilton’s attempts so far.

The actress is said to be extending her stay in the rehab.
Lindsay, who is currently at the Malibu’s Promise rehab center is said to have decided to stay there until she fully recovers.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: “She is staying in Promises for longer than a month. We don’t know how much longer because of her work schedule, but she is taking rehab very seriously this time and not messing around.”
The “Mean Girls” actress is scheduled to leave the center at the end of this week after a week stay which is the normal period for all clients.
Another interesting fact around the actress is that she canceled her 21st birthday party at the PURE nightclub in Las Vegas. That decision made everybody wonder what’s going with the actress because before entering the rehab she didn’t miss even one party.
PURE representative Kate Turner said: “We support Lindsay and wish her the best as she is taking care of personal matters at this time. Due to the unique circumstances Lindsay’s birthday party at PURE Nightclub has been canceled. We think the world of her and look forward to working with her in the future.”
This is the second time Lindsay is entering rehab this year after she was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence).
Police found a “usable amount” of cocaine in the vehicle Lindsay has been driving too and this made the actress enter rehab again.

Last summer Lindsay had a relationship with Harry Morton - the heir of Hard Rock Café and a restaurant owner. At the beginning everything was going great and they were a happy couple, but broke up a few moths afterwards. It looks like they had some fights at the end of their relationship.
