Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio has donated $1million to Haiti relief.

DiCaprio’s generous gift will go to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund that is targeting victims of a devastating quake that has left up to 100,000 dead.

The Leonardo DiCaprio Fund will distribute the funds to support near-term assistance and long-term recovery efforts.

Former President George W Bush said: “I salute Leonardo DiCaprio for his extraordinary generosity. This donation sends a clear message to the people of Haiti that America’s commitment to helping rebuild their country is strong. I thank Leo for setting a wonderful example for all Americans of helping a neighbour in need.”

TV presenter Cat Deeley has denied reports that she is to strip off for Playboy magazine.

The 33-year-old star recently kicked off the UK series of US dance show So You Think You Can Dance, and admitted that she is often the target of dodgy rumours.

She said: “I seem to inspire the most bizarre rumours. Leonardo DiCaprio was meant to have asked me out, while I was having a meeting with Playboy about doing a nude photo-shoot.”

She added: “I’ve never dated Leo and I won’t be posing for Playboy while my dad is still alive. The latest rumour is that I live in the house Marilyn Monroe died in, and Marilyn’s ghost haunts the property.

“JFK’s old suit was even said to have been found under my floorboards. Sadly, there’s not a shred of truth in any of it.”

Supermodel Bar Refaeli is dodging salvos from the Israeli army.

Major-General Avi Zamir blasted Refaeli for not registering herself as a tax-paying citizen and not completing the nation’s mandatory two-year military service.

Zamir said: “At the end of the day, she is the one who has to look at herself in the mirror.”

He urged young people in Israel to boycott products she has endorsed.

Refaeli, who was rumoured over the new year to be back with ex-boyfriend Leo DiCaprio, came under fire when she married and then divorced a family friend. Married women can be excused from national service.

She reportedly applied to be registered as a non-Israeli resident to avoid taxes.

Will Smith’s children, Willow and Jaden, are two of the smaller names.

So far bids for DiCaprio’s elephant are the highest at $400. Ten bids had been made at last count.

The elephants, which are collectible, are available on e-Bay until October 15. Stars can choose a charity that supports children orphaned by AIDS in Africa as destinations for proceeds raised.

Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio has been getting the security guards at a London club to invite girls over that he fancies.

Leonardo, 34, has been spotted at the posh Whisky Mist club several times recently and was previously seen with Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts.

He hit the club again just days after and a source said: “Leo was pointing out the girls he fancied to the security guards, who then invited them over.

“He was having a great time knocking back champagne and having girls swarm over him.” However the Titanic star reportedly had his sights set on one lady in particular.

The source added: “He was telling pals he fancied one of the club hosts, a tall brunette. They’d met when he was at the club last week and he’s taken quite a liking to her.”

Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend Bar Refaeli has posed naked on the cover of Esquire – with nothing but a Stephen King short story to hide her blushes.

Text from the horror writer’s latest tale – which is published in the magazine – was painted onto her body in a risqué photo shoot.

The Israeli model was fascinated by the process, which involved lying naked while an artist inscribed lines from King’s Morality onto her skin.

“I haven’t seen anything like that, ever. So I wanted to be the girl who did it,” says Refaeli, who turns 24 this week.

James Victore, the artist who painted the words onto Refaeli’s body says that he first practised the technique on his wife.

“I have an exquisite wife and I practise on her,” he revealed.

“Also, we worked with three different models. Everyone is different. The flesh is different. The curves are different.”

Of Refaeli, who read a novel while he worked on her, he said, “She’s a perfect canvas because her skin is so flawless.”

Bar Rafaeli sets pulses racing as she models her newly designed ‘Little Black Bikini’.

The catwalk beauty, who is dating Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio, shows off the skimpy swimwear in a new ad campaign for US surfwear firm Hurley.

Israeli-born Bar, 23, said: “Anyone who knows me knows that I am obsessed with finding the perfect little black bikini, [and] always searching for a timeless, sexy suit with the best fit.

“I have never been able to find the perfect bikini, until now. Hurley clothes and swimwear have a sexy and effortless look and feel, so when you wear them, you feel confident.”

The limited-edition Hurley Little Black Bikini by Bar Rafaeli goes on sale online on May 1 for $120.

A portion of proceeds will be donated to Boarding for Breast Cancer, a youth-focused charity that aims to spread the halt of the disease, thanks to early detection and an active lifestyle.

Bar added: “I am really proud of the final result. Women everywhere will have to have it. I won’t leave home without it.”

Sports Illustrated cover star Bar has been dating DiCaprio, 34, since November 2005.

Hollywood actor Leonardo Dicaprio has said that he grew in a neighborhood that was filled with drug addicts and has since then never been tempted to dabble in drugs but the death of fellow actors River Phoenix & Heath Ledger has made him sterner to stay away.

He says he was shocked and terrified upon hearing the deaths and says, “I knew drugs were bad, even as a little kid. Seeing the effects that drugs had on my block, seeing heroin addicts, it made me think twice about ever getting involved in drugs. I was so horrified by what I saw drugs do to people that I never wanted anything to do with them. It’s evil. Once you take that step and experiment, drugs take over your life. You are not yourself any more. That’s something I never wanted.”
