She’s decided to give him another go. No, Brit isn’t taking K-Fed back. Instead she is bringing back former manager Larry Rudolph.

Britney gave him the boot a while back, accusing him of forcing her to go into rehab. A source close to the former pop princess confirms the story, “It’s true. They are working together.”

Britney and Rudolph worked together back in the day for nine years, only separating around the time Britney and Kevin Federline married. They were back together just after the marriage fell apart.

Rudolph is back, filling the position left by Sam Lufti.

He’s been surprisingly low key lately, since getting custody of his two young sons. But when it comes to a birthday bash, Kevin Federline was ready to go.

He celebrated his 30th birthday in style at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. He apparently liked it so much last year that he decided to hit it again.

He said he felt “great” about turning 30. He hung out with about 20 friends, including his attorney and ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson.

Not once, but twice since the weekend. The first visit was on Saturday - the first time she’d seen the boys since January 3. She saw them again on Monday after the boys were driven to her house by one of K-Fed’s bodyguards.

Britney and K-Fed have worked out a structured visitation arrangement which includes a monitor for Brit while she has the boys, Sean Preston, age 2, and Jayden James, age 1.

After all the drama that Britney Spears has pulled, any hopes of her getting her kids back are now even slimmer, probably even gone. The Commissioner has just ruled that the pop wreck will not have visitation restored. At the very least, until the next custody hearing on February 19.

The order came after hearing the testimony of several people including LAPD cops who responded to the “hostage” incident last Thursday, parenting coach Lisa Hacker, bodyguard Lonnie Jones and court monitor Pamela Strong. KFed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan also testified, most likely against Britney. Heck, everyone’s testimony was likely to be against Brit.

Just a day and a half after locking herself in a room with her son Jayden, Britney Spears is released from the hospital. Despite the fact that she was being held on a 5150 hold (meaning she was considered either a threat to others or herself), she was allowed to go.

Dr. Phil was on hand to counsel the family as she left. Her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who was given full custody of their two sons, was disappointed that she was let out so quickly. He, as well as many others close to her, feel that this was an opportunity to help the troubled singer.

Britney has been on a downward spiral since her split from Federline. A court date has been set for January 14th to determine what will happen further in their custody dispute.

It’s been no secret that KFed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is seeking for sanctions regarding Britney Spears not attending her deposition last week. Now, it’s being reported that Kaplan will ask Commissioner Scott Gordon to delay a hearing next month where the pop wreck will ask to restore some of her custody rights. Kaplan is reportedly going to ask if that hearing can be put off until April.

Brit’s lawyer will show up at the hearing this week and oppose Kaplan’s move. But Kaplan has a strong chance of succeeding especially if he points out that Britney was out and about on the night of her supposed deposition.

After about a year of Mark Vincent Kaplan pushing for Britney Spears to have a deposition and testify under oath, sources are saying that the pop wreck is defying the legal process and has decided not to attend her deposition.

But a source directly in contact with Britney says that “There’s a million people outside her house. She can see all the other madness. The anxiety is making her sick. It’s just too crazy.” That’s not going to be accepted in court!

Britney’s deposition hasn’t been rescheduled as of yet but KFed’s attorney did say that he will be seeking some sort of relief from the court.

We all know that Britney Spears is addicted to Starbucks, shopping sprees for chandeliers, tanning and just plain wackiness. But I’ve come to find out that she’s also addicted to liposuction. It’s actually the first thing that came to her after spending time with her kids.

OK! magazine is reporting that after she dropped off her kids with KFed, Brit took a weekend getaway to Las Vegas where she paid a visit to the LipoDissolve Center. This is not her first visit to the center as she was caught there in April for PCDC treatments which are said to dissolve fat cells in a matter of weeks.

Yeah, it didn’t work.

Troubled pop star Britney Spears has received another blow in her custody battle with Kevin Federline - her ex has delivered a subpoena to the rehab facility she attended. Yep, KFed did his homework. One by one her defenses are becoming her traps, at this rate she’ll have to actually see how bad a mom she really is. I doubt he’ll do anything but blame the world, Afghanistan, bad politics on the moon and the bogeyman, but one can only hope. Those poor poor boys, having that for a mother… All that Britney can now hope is that she can spend some lovely moments before Kevin has snatched the boys from instead of getting into a swimming pool with some collage going freaks. I do not want to blame Kevin for all that he is up to but I think he is playing with all game thing very well, and it could prove to be his ticket to Britney’s bank accounts. Britney, one advice for you just finish and that money you have in one day or donate it and file for bankruptcy so that he has the kids and none of your money.

Britney Spears’ recently rehired cousin and assistant was served with court papers at a house party early Sunday morning. That boggles my mind to think that they hunt you down at a party for court papers rather than delivering them to your home. Spears cousin Alli Sims was reportedly angry about the intrusion. The papers were served by lawyers acting on behalf of Britney’s ex Kevin Federline. It’s reported that the papers call for Sims to come forward with information about Britney’s parenting and her alcohol and drug use. Sims was once rumoured to have been working against her cousin but has said that is a total lie and that she believes Spears to be a great mother. The unfortunate thing here is that it doesn’t really matter what she says. We can all see what Britney is doing at most times anyway. Day to day mania is working against her and no one can save her now but herself.

He has four children with two different women. He has mooched off of Britney Spears for two years. He has a failed music and acting career. But those things aren’t putting a stop to Kevin Federline trying to earn his Playboy merit badge. Does the Playboy tour have a daycare center?

The dancer/rapper/actor/sperm donor partied at the Playboy mansion on Monday dressed in his usual get up – an oversized white t-shirt that could have fit one of Britney’s massive security guards. He completed his look with a Pier 1 Imports wicker fedora.

Does he not know not to copy Britney’s style? Everyone knows that’s bad news.

Can’t he just go away?

Kevin Federline, AKA the former Mr. Spears, went to the 3rd Annual DJ Irie Weekend Kickoff Party at Cameo in Miami on Friday. The gig was hosted by Oscar-winner Jaime Foxx.

We’ve all heard about KFed continuing his venture into whatever part of the showbiz industry would accept him so we all had to know what is up with his schedule. His peeps, if he even has any real ones, say that he is ‘working on a couple of projects to be announced in the near future’. His website however lists absolutely nothing. No tour, no TV shows, no whatever.

Hopefully this is the project he is working on – a project of him completely disappearing from the face of the earth.

Not that we’re all that surprised, but it appears that Britney Spears has more to say. And so, in the spirit of Capitalism and “sticking it to those that care about me” she is writing a tell-all book. In the proposed memoir fans will get to read about how Kevin Federline did his best to drive her crazy, and that in the end, it was all her mom’s fault. Yes, Brit, everything you’ve screwed up is because of your Mommy. Way to own up.

I’m sorry, but this child ceases to amaze me. Every time I turn around there’s Britney whining about something or other. Now she is just going to pull all the whining into literary format for future generations to shake their heads at. Yes, I know it will sell thousands of copies, but please realize who is writing the book. This is the “oops” girl after all.
