I can reveal that the troubled singer sneaked off to the toilet to snort line after line—leaving guests in no doubt that she’s still hooked on drugs. The news that Pixie, 17, was in the next room to crack addict Amy is bound to make dad Bob hit the roof.

The Rehab star was also moaning to revellers at her Camden home in London, that if she doesn’t kick drugs, she could lose her looks AND her husband. After shovelling cocaine up her nose, Amy, 24, wailed at guests: “I’ve been told I’ll lose my looks over this—but I can’t give it up!”

Amy, recently snapped with her face covered in scabs, has seen skin experts who have told her she faces permanent scarring if she doesn’t get clean of drugs. She’s also worried that Blake Fielder-Civil, her man behind bars at Pentonville, will dump her once he sees her pock-marked complexion.

Back at the party, Amy moaned: “I’m told my scars might never heal. My dermatologist says it’s a result of the drugs and it could spread to other parts of my body if I don’t quit. What will I do if I lose my looks? Blake will never love me like that.”

As pals lounged on beanbags, Amy got up and slipped off to the bathroom.

My source said: “Not only was it obvious what she was doing but I could see her. I was waiting to use the toilet and could see Amy through the door. It’s sad to see one of Britain’s hottest talents kneeling on the floor of a bog and snorting drugs. She dabbed up the last few bits of powder, making sure she got every last bit, from the lid. On top of the drugs she was drinking heavily. Bottles of rum and coke were lying around—she was clearly worse for wear.”

A formal charge has been made in connection with Mischa Barton’s arrest in West Hollywood back in December 2007. She is being charged with possessing 28.5 grams of marijuana, driving under the influence, and driving without a license.

She will be arraigned on February 28 at a Beverly Hills courthouse. She is not required to attend this hearing.

Aaron Carter was arrested by police for drug possession midday Thursday. The former pop star was stopped by the cops for speeding in Kimble County, Texas when a subsequent search of his Cadillac Escalade turned up about two ounces (56.7 grams) of marijuana. He was then taken to a local jail in the town of Junction, where he stayed for the night as he waited for Friday morning for his arraignment. Honestly, I’m surprised it took him this long to get arrested. I would have placed my bets on him getting arrested sooner – before Lindsday Lohan even. He must do a lot of dodging.

Seems that the latest Hollywood trend is to head to rehab. Maybe it’s just that everyone finally realized that it’s the best thing for them or maybe they’re all just jumping on the Lindsey bandwagon. Whatever the reason - it’s happening.

The latest member - Kirsten Dunst. She actually has gone to the same place that Lindsey went. She is at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah. A source close to Kirsten says, “She is not doing well. People were pushing her to go in there but there was no intervention. She has been partying hard for a while and I’m sure the Heath Ledger thing put people over the edge.”

There was a lot of hype surrounding the video of Heath Ledger at some point in his life using drugs. It was to be aired by Entertainment Tonight and The Insider. However, the pleading voices of a number of stars made them change their minds.
Celebs included Natalie Portman, Josh Brolin, and Scarlett Johannson. While the stars never threatened to boycott the shows, they asked that the producers of the show rethink that decision and remove the video out of respect for the family. They did so.

The Sun has really brought a lot of trouble to Amy Winehouse by printing those pictures of her smoking crack. Scotland Yard has started an investigation against the ‘Rehab’ singer on Wednesday. The British authorities are reportedly looking at the video of Wino allegedly smoking crack and snorting cocaine, trying to decide whether to pursue criminal charges against her. Even if they do press charges, she’d probably just get away with a slap on the wrist. Just look at how many chances the UK courts have given perpetual screw up Pete Doherty. He’d get punished hard first before they do Amy.

Just a day and a half after locking herself in a room with her son Jayden, Britney Spears is released from the hospital. Despite the fact that she was being held on a 5150 hold (meaning she was considered either a threat to others or herself), she was allowed to go.

Dr. Phil was on hand to counsel the family as she left. Her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who was given full custody of their two sons, was disappointed that she was let out so quickly. He, as well as many others close to her, feel that this was an opportunity to help the troubled singer.

Turning up after hours to the back entrance of the prison; it is reported that the troubled singer pleaded with the guards to let her visit jailed hubby. But she was refused, the guards telling her if she wanted to see him that badly she should turn up on time like everyone else.

I’m told she went off to sulk after the incident; being spotted in a London supermarket filling her basket with typical comfort eating foods including chocolate and ice cream. Well that proves she is a human female at least; unless of course they were munchies rather than comfort food.

But does she? It seems that despite recently splashing out on a brand new flat in the east end; life is still the same for our troubled singer. Amy Winehouse has not stayed at her house in Camden since the arrest of her husband, claimng that bad memories caused her to hate the place. Up until last week she had been staying with her hairdresser friend in the East End until revealing plans to sell her current house and splashing out on a brand new pad. The idea behing this is a “clean start”

But friends and family would be mortified to see that Amy’s first visitor to her new life is non other than junkie friend Pete Doherty. Surely the worst thing you need in your life when you are trying to kick the habit is a junkie; or is that just me being too sensible?

Her father, Mitch, has already given Pete fair warning after hitting him with a guitar last week. And now an angry friend lashes out, saying this is the last thing Amy needs in her life right now.

He was said to have been mobbed by inmates at the jail after his arrival. Why? Is it because they were Wino fans and they didn’t like the influence he had on her?

Or maybe he was going through drug withdrawal and just wanted a fix. Eh. Whatever the reason, it’s still sketchy to me.

Well that last thing I said that she lost the custody battle to Kevin but that’s not the truth, early morning reports that this news that she had lost and the whole world began to think that it was another blow for the former pop princess. But the judge has done a good job in his verdict that one of the two can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the written consent of the other. I would term this as a victory for Britney and hopefully this will turn things around for her. Although Britney did not lose custody of her children she’s going to have to undergo routine drug tests, individual counseling and meet with a parenting coach if she wants to keep seeing her children.

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has vowed to quit Hollywood in a bid to stay clean from drugs, according to her father. Michael Lohan reunited with his daughter earlier this month in Utah, where the Freaky Friday star is seeking counseling at the Cirque Lodge treatment center. To have your entire life played out in newspapers and crappy magazines would be a nightmare for anyone… Lindsay Lohan is a beautiful young girl…with a bright future in front of her and an awful addiction that keeps pulling her backward… This would be difficult for anyone but twice as hard for someone in the public eye. I wish her all the best, and pray that she has the strength to persevere and succeed. But as much as I speak of strength it has to be mental strength and inner belief and conviction that she wants to get out of this mess no matter what she has to sacrifice and however difficult it will be, or else she’ll just keeping coming out and then going back in.

Hilton was jailed at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California after being found guilty of violating her probation stemming from a 2006 drunk driving arrest. I thought Paris was secluded? What’s the real story Paris? Are you in your fantasy world again? Anything to make you look like you were in the right and everyone else was in the wrong. You broke the law and that is why you were in jail. I commend the judge who had the balls to put you in jail. I’m only sad he didn’t put you in there longer. Although Lohan could have faced up to three years behind prison bars stemming from her dual DUI arrests in recent months, in the end she will serve just one day in a county jail after pleading no contest Thursday to five misdemeanor drunken-driving and cocaine charges. Now I think that’s a huge let off for this brat girl. The problem with girls like Lindsay, Britney and a lot other young girls in the media lately is that they don’t have any concept of realty. Think about it: from a very young age their money-hungry parents throw them into the “Hollywood lifestyle” and encourage them to attend parties and socialize with unscrupulous, shady characters which may seem a little weird to a young kid at first but if your parents are encouraging you to be in this sort of environment (and they are the ones that God put on this earth to protect you), after a while your mind is bound to get all messed up and situations that were once really weird and creepy are now completely normal. Drugs? Why not?

Lindsay Lohan was sued Tuesday for assault and negligence by a passenger in a car the actress allegedly chased while drunk last month

“What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible,” Tracie Rice, the woman who filed the suit, said in statement. “Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”

Rice’s attorney, Paul Hoffman tells “My client, Tracie Rice, thought she was going to die that night, and wants Ms. Lohan to be held accountable because Lohan’s behavior was so extreme and outrageous. Ms. Rice is still traumatized from the incident.”

Hoffman says they’re suing for an undisclosed amount. No hearing date has been selected yet.

Lohan’s reply was not immediately available for comment. Lohan, 21, was arrested last month on suspicion of drunken driving after the brief chase that ended in Santa Monica. Police later found a small amount of cocaine in her pocket. Lohan was chasing a car driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of Lohan’s assistant. Rice was a passenger in Peck’s vehicle.

Three men have claimed they were unwilling passengers in the car Lohan was driving.

Britney Spears’ recently rehired cousin and assistant was served with court papers at a house party early Sunday morning. That boggles my mind to think that they hunt you down at a party for court papers rather than delivering them to your home. Spears cousin Alli Sims was reportedly angry about the intrusion. The papers were served by lawyers acting on behalf of Britney’s ex Kevin Federline. It’s reported that the papers call for Sims to come forward with information about Britney’s parenting and her alcohol and drug use. Sims was once rumoured to have been working against her cousin but has said that is a total lie and that she believes Spears to be a great mother. The unfortunate thing here is that it doesn’t really matter what she says. We can all see what Britney is doing at most times anyway. Day to day mania is working against her and no one can save her now but herself.

“Prison Break” actor Lane Garrison is not a happy camper these days. He was recently in court on drunk driving and vehicular manslaughter charges. He plead guilty to both and broke down in tears at one point. He was ordered by the Judge to undergo a 90 day evaluation. He will be given a diagnostic by parole officers and psychologists to help determine sentencing. He will be back in court on Halloween Day. Garrison is 27 years old and was driving drunk with cocaine in his system. He had a 17 year old boy and two 15 year old girls in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The two girls lived to testify against him Thursday. The boy unfortunately died. I cannot begin to understand why a man his age would be partying with kids so much younger. It’s nothing short of strange. This is not an issue to be taken lightly. Someone is dead because of another drunken celebrity. Let’s hope those young divas are paying attention to this because it’s only a matter of time until this will be them.

Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan’s troubled life will be turned into a porn movie, according to reports. The Mean Girls star, who has twice been busted on suspicion of driving under the influence so far this year, has inspired the X-rated movie Lindsay HoHand: Get Out of My F*#k!ng Way. And if by any chance the producers of this movie have decided not to cast Lindsay in the movie then they are making a big mistake. If she can be acting in the movie, playing the role herself then I bet she will be at her most natural and it might prove to be the biggest hit of her career. She shall have no reservations playing her own self in the movie and shall be at ease depicting her misadventures that are the main cause of her international fame. Of course I cannot blame the director if he chooses not to cast Lindsay, after all the director needs some one talented who can do the acting part, and just not a makeup artist who show’s the skin on the camera.

Nicole Richie appeared in court last week on charges for a second DUI. She was ordered to serve a 96 hour jail sentence as well as pay a measly fine over $2000. The extra kick that the public has just learned about is that Nicole with have to pay for her stay in prison out of her own pocket. I’m sure this really means out of Daddy’s pocket but still, it is a good extra throw in. The main thing here is that she had the decency to plead guilty and accept whatever came her way. I doubt we will be seeing her bawling all the way to jail like Paris Hilton was. Richie has to complete her sentence before September 28th as well as enroll in a three week drug and alcohol program. She’s got three years of probation that if she violates will land her in jail for a year. It’s interesting to see how everything breaks down so differently for all of these girls charged with the same thing. It’s too bad more of them don’t have the decency to admit they did wrong. Nicole is rumored to be pregnant and that may have something to do with her maturing attitude.

Just when you thought she couldn’t possibly get any crazier, Britney Spears has taken insanity to a new and bizarre level. After firing her publicist and manager she arranged a photo shoot herself with OK! Magazine. When the shoot took place it was anything but normal. She refused to allow the hired makeup artists to work on her and instead insisted her friends do it. She ruined two pieces of designer clothing, one of them being a dress that she used to wipe her hands on after eating fried chicken. There is also a rumor that she used an expensive article of clothing to wipe up a nasty mess her dog left on the floor. She was reportedly in a different mood after many trips to bathroom and her behavior was erratic. OK! Magazine has decided not to use the many photos taken during the shoot, including one of Britney’s eyes rolled back in her head. A witness said she appeared dead. Instead they will use photos of her leaving and arriving. Wow. It’s stunning and almost creates a loss of words. This story sounds so made up but isn’t. The younger generation in Hollywood is deteriorating fast. When does it get to a point where there is no going back?

Seems like jail is the only hope since glorified rehabs in calif serve no useful purpose but to take your cash.. Lindsay should be shown a 3 hour video and be made to read letters of children whose parents have lost their lives due to dui. She is going to kill some one. She gone from drunk to drunk with cocaine.. next its heroine. It kills me to see that there are so many aspiring actresses that would love to have a career like the one Lindsay has. This young lady does not appreciate the blessings that God has given her, and she won’t until she damages her career so much that she can’t comeback. This young lady has been released form a rehab for alcohol related issues and in just 3-4 days she back to square one. How could she have possibly left the rehab and how could the staff and people responsible discharge her. It’s all like one big joke and the credibility of the rehab where she was admitted to should be reviewed and its operating license revoked.
