Madonna will massively extend her home in New York – sparking more rumours that she plans to split from British hubby Guy Ritchie.

The superstar singer, 49, has won a legal fight to buy a third $7million apartment in the Manhattan block where she already has a huge two-storey pad.

It will do nothing to quash reports the mum of three’s seven-year marriage to British film director Guy, 39, is in trouble.

A source close to her staff said: “Madonna has made it clear for a while she wants to extend her place in New York. She loves the city and wants to spend more time there.”

Madge, who also has homes in London and Wiltshire, sued the board of the block on Central Park West after it tried to stop her from buying another apartment there. She has had a apartment for 20 years in the building, which includes its own gym.

The singer has denied any marriage rift.

And Guy’s dad John has insisted the pair have been kept apart lately only by work. She is promoting new album Hard Candy while Guy works on a film. John said recently: “They’re happy. I was shocked when I read they were supposed to be having problems. They’ve been running around different places. That’s why they haven’t been seen together. She won’t be going out to America to live for good. They’ve got lovely places here in Britain.”

Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon were Hollywood’s hottest young couple for a while, until their divorse in October 2006. He knew there would come a day when he would see her with someone new, but he wasn’t quite prepared for it.

Pamela Anderson originally filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” but later changed it to annullment for “fraud”. Salomon followed last week with a “fraud” claim.

Not once, but twice since the weekend. The first visit was on Saturday - the first time she’d seen the boys since January 3. She saw them again on Monday after the boys were driven to her house by one of K-Fed’s bodyguards.

Their split has been rumored for months but it’s now official. According to People, rocker Pink and her freestyle bike rider husband Carey Hart have split up. Pink’s publicist Michel Schweitzer released a statement saying “Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

The pair got married in January 2006 in Costa Rica. 28-year old Pink and 32-year old Carey have denied that their marriage was on the rocks but their denial means nothing now.

Is a reconciliation about to go down or is this just a picture of an girl getting the last of her personal belongings from her ex-boyfriend? Lily Allen was seen leaving a guy’s house in London on Sunday morning. But the house wasn’t just any guy’s house – it belonged to the singer’s ex-boyfriend, Chemical Brothers Ed Simons.

The pair recently split not long after Lily suffered a miscarriage last month. But with Lily being spotted coming out of the home, even looking like she’s wearing a men’s jacket, things might be looking up for the once couple. But then again, Lily could have just picked up a couple of her things that she left.

So, I’m not sure who this man is who is marching in here, trying to change things. Jon Eardley says he’s Britney’s new lawyer. He’s arrived on the scene and filed a complaint with the U.S. District Court saying that she is being “deprived of her Constitutional rights”.

Eardley says that the conservatorship granted to her father should be thrown out and the case should be moved to federal court. He says, “I see the case as a civil rights case. These are issues of confinement. Very serious confinement. Not allowed to contact her friends. Not allowed to use the phone. Not allowed to come and go as you please. Bodyguards controlling you and so forth.”

Legal experts say they do not expect Eardley’s argument to be successful.

Troubled Amy Winehouse’s jailed husband has sensationally disowned his entire family in a bid to beg Amy not to divorce him. He even wrote her an anguished note admitting what he told his mother and pleading with Amy not to leave him.

The act follows Blake’s mother Georgette’s attack on Amy; revealing how Blake blasted the singer for falling asleep on visits and branding her father Mitch the Fat Controller, blaming him for Amy’s addiction.

Both 24 year old Amy and her father Mitch were fuming at the outburst, but Amy was said to have broken down in tears when Blake handed her the note.

After all the drama that Britney Spears has pulled, any hopes of her getting her kids back are now even slimmer, probably even gone. The Commissioner has just ruled that the pop wreck will not have visitation restored. At the very least, until the next custody hearing on February 19.

The order came after hearing the testimony of several people including LAPD cops who responded to the “hostage” incident last Thursday, parenting coach Lisa Hacker, bodyguard Lonnie Jones and court monitor Pamela Strong. KFed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan also testified, most likely against Britney. Heck, everyone’s testimony was likely to be against Brit.

Just a day and a half after locking herself in a room with her son Jayden, Britney Spears is released from the hospital. Despite the fact that she was being held on a 5150 hold (meaning she was considered either a threat to others or herself), she was allowed to go.

Dr. Phil was on hand to counsel the family as she left. Her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who was given full custody of their two sons, was disappointed that she was let out so quickly. He, as well as many others close to her, feel that this was an opportunity to help the troubled singer.

Britney has been on a downward spiral since her split from Federline. A court date has been set for January 14th to determine what will happen further in their custody dispute.

Von Teese, who’s real name is Heather Sweet cited ‘Irreconcilable differences’ when she filed divorce papers almost a year ago. Manson, who’s real name is Brian Warner, later told a magazine that he was devastated over the break up. He said: “She said she had tolerated the lifestyle because she hoped I would change and threatened to leave if I didn’t.”

No surprise that it ended really then. Manson is famous for his “different” lifestyle; believing you could change it is simply naïve.

It’s been no secret that KFed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is seeking for sanctions regarding Britney Spears not attending her deposition last week. Now, it’s being reported that Kaplan will ask Commissioner Scott Gordon to delay a hearing next month where the pop wreck will ask to restore some of her custody rights. Kaplan is reportedly going to ask if that hearing can be put off until April.

Brit’s lawyer will show up at the hearing this week and oppose Kaplan’s move. But Kaplan has a strong chance of succeeding especially if he points out that Britney was out and about on the night of her supposed deposition.

Just hours after missing a court ordered deposition on Wednesday, Britney was apparently feeling well enough to head out to town with a friend. But she wasn’t as up to taking the friend home with her.Britney and a pal headed out to a gas station in Los Angeles around 2 a.m. Thursday morning. She mugged for some photos, saying, “Stop taking pictures of me. I’m ugly right now.”

Then, she left the gas station - sans her friend. The unidentified female was left with the paparazzi, all the while listening to them say, “Don’t worry, Britney’s coming back.”

She did return eventually. So far, no comments about her actions. Umm, and this girl wants her kids???

After about a year of Mark Vincent Kaplan pushing for Britney Spears to have a deposition and testify under oath, sources are saying that the pop wreck is defying the legal process and has decided not to attend her deposition.

But a source directly in contact with Britney says that “There’s a million people outside her house. She can see all the other madness. The anxiety is making her sick. It’s just too crazy.” That’s not going to be accepted in court!

Britney’s deposition hasn’t been rescheduled as of yet but KFed’s attorney did say that he will be seeking some sort of relief from the court.

All of a sudden, after 23 years of marriage, Linda was to divorce her lifetime partner, Hulk Hogan.
Maybe her decision is related to Hulk recent arrest, on the 8th of November, because of one car accident he caused that left his traveler in serious condition. But I don’t think after that much time spent with the wrestler she would base such an important decision on that. Britney Spears finally got her visitation with her two kids at her home in Malibu on October 8. And yes, the visit was spent with a court-ordered parenting coach.

An eyewitness said that the boys were escorted into the house in the morning with the parenting coach along with the same nanny that was with the kids at KFed’s house. Britney walked around her gated community while talking on her cell phone. Oh yeah! Talk about quality time. Pfft.

Once the visit was over, a bodyguard picked the kids up in the afternoon and returned to San Fernando Valley where their daddy lives.

Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams have split after three years together, a source confirms

“It was rocky for awhile,” says a source close to the couple. “They did what they could to make it work.”

The source says the split was amicable.

This lady doesn’t give a shit about Melanie or her life. If she did, she wouldn’t be telling this story (which still could be totally untrue) to any magazines. It’s sad what people will do for a little cash. More than the cash these people love playing with other’s reputation, they think its all fun no harm.

Troubled pop star Britney Spears has received another blow in her custody battle with Kevin Federline - her ex has delivered a subpoena to the rehab facility she attended. Yep, KFed did his homework. One by one her defenses are becoming her traps, at this rate she’ll have to actually see how bad a mom she really is. I doubt he’ll do anything but blame the world, Afghanistan, bad politics on the moon and the bogeyman, but one can only hope. Britney Spears’ recently rehired cousin and assistant was served with court papers at a house party early Sunday morning. That boggles my mind to think that they hunt you down at a party for court papers rather than delivering them to your home. Spears cousin Alli Sims was reportedly angry about the intrusion. The papers were served by lawyers acting on behalf of Britney’s ex Kevin Federline. It’s reported that the papers call for Sims to come forward with information about Britney’s parenting and her alcohol and drug use. Sims was once rumoured to have been working against her cousin but has said that is a total lie and that she believes Spears to be a great mother. The unfortunate thing here is that it doesn’t really matter what she says. We can all see what Britney is doing at most times anyway. Day to day mania is working against her and no one can save her now but herself.

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown had dinner together on Tuesday night – but that doesn’t mean the former husband and wife are getting back together. Patrons at Joe’s Crab Shack in Alpharetta, Ga., were surprised when Brown and Houston – who divorced in April – showed up together. There exists such a huge love hate relationship between these celebs in Hollywood that you never know who is with whom and till when, Justin Timberlake was going steady with Jessica but then there are reports that she is now fancying Evans and that the ring which Justin was looking to gift where does that damn commitment stuff go. Actress Denise Richards is disgusted with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Sheen is trying to take her to court over parental rights regarding their two children. Richards feels he is doing this for no other reason than spite. Sheen is demanding more lenience on his time with the kids. He currently must be under supervision when they are in his care. Richards is especially furious that Sheen would pick this time to stir up legal hassles. Her mother is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment. The two were married for three years that were a continuous battle. Charlie Sheen has never been known for his good guy qualities. If anything he is just like the womanizing character he plays on TV. It is incredibly rude and low of his to make trouble for Denise at a time like this in her life. He has no consideration for anyone but himself. If he really cared about his children he would be willing to do what’s right for them. He needs to put his kids first and stop acting like a spoiled child himself.

How special. I sort of thought they’d break up because they both have such big egos.. I wasn’t sure it would last. I wonder what Jessica thinks of Justin spitting on his concert-goers? They both look pretty tired. Justin looks skinnier and Jessica’s hair looks longer. I wonder if Justin cheated on Cameron with Jessica? I don’t know but I definitely think Justin makes a better couple with Jessica than Cameron. Cameron was way more butch than Jessica, I think. Who could be more dangerous to Britney Spears that Britney Spears herself, that woman shaved her head and was caught on tape smashing the window panes of a car, someday that wacky, crazy nut headed woman might kill herself. Britney Spears is selling her Beverly Hills house – after being told it was infact a dangerous place for her children. She is selling the house for $7.495m and is giving away all her furniture with the price. The singer was visited three times by child protective services last week and they said the home was unsafe because there were no barriers around the swimming pool. She has reportedly moved into a Four Seasons Hotel as a temporary measure. What absolutely rubbish and crap, she is certainly facing financial problems after not having a hit release in many years and the money her husband is gonna take from her after divorce is going to leave her bank account empty, therefore she is selling the property so as not to have to share with him and look at a peaceful place to live with the kids.

Those couples that are constantly back and forth, on and off are incredibly annoying. Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler are no different. After last summer’s split which resulted in Barker filing for they ended up back together in March. That didn’t last long though, did it? They are already separated again. A source close to the couple says that Shanna is taking the split hard and that she has since moved out. She is a former Miss USA and recently appeared on Dancing with the Stars. It seems that getting stuck in these types of relations is common for some people. Haven’t we all had that friend that just doesn’t know when to walk away from a bad relationship?
