Burlesque star Dita Von Teese says she uses a waterproof glue to attach her nipple tassles to her body.

Dita, 36, performs a raunchy burlesque routine in a giant Martini glass that sees her strip off and appear in a tiny g-string and pair of nipple tassles.

Talking about how she attaches the tassles, she told the UK’s more! magazine: “I use serious waterproof glue, because I’m in a Martini glass. Crystals are heavy, and there’s a lot going on.

“I’ve got a shower of water going down from the olive, so I’ve got to have something serious. I can’t afford to lose a nipple tassle during my show.”

Burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese has slammed reports of her “secret porn past” as she said she sells the videos on her website.

Dita, 36, was the subject of recent reports that claimed she found fame as the alias Bedroom Betty and starred in a number of adult films.

However, Dita posted a message on her Twitter page: “Love how journalists ‘expose’ my ’secret porn past’. Yes, it’s SUCH a secret I try to keep!

“I SELL the films of my official site, jacka**es!”

Dita, whose real name is Heather Renee Sweet, sells films such as Dita In Distress – Jungle Jeopardy, Cavegirls Captive and The Mad Menace on the site.

Burlesque star Dita Von Teese was not impressed when she asked for a “healthy breakfast” at a hotel in France and received a croissant.

The 36-year-old is staying in Versailles and was not impressed with the hotel’s so-called “healthy” breakfast.

She posted a message on her Twitter page that said: “ordered the ‘healthy breakfast’ from room service. Egg white. Great. But who’s the joker who put this big flaky croissant on my tray too?!?!”

The star then posted a picture on her page showing she had thrown the croissant on to the balcony of the hotel with the message: “Croissant dilemma solved!”

The famous exotic dancer has recently given out information about the fact that she will be releasing an album, thus probably starting a singing career, as she put it very bluntly: “I signed a deal with Interscope in Europe.” Dita von Teese also mentioned that she will never give up dancing, despite may of her boyfriends trying to convince her to do this: “To begin with, they all say how great my career is. Like anyone, I think about sex a lot and let’s face it, in times like these it’s one thing you can really enjoy because it doesn’t cost a thing!” Sex doesn’t cost a thing? What planet does Dita Von Teese come from? Well, she was married to Marilyn Manson so most likely not this one, but what about the condoms? Do they give those out for free now?
