Jo Wood: Affairs cured marriage heartache

Ronnie Wood’s ex-wife Jo has revealed that she has had two romantic flings since the ageing rocker left her after 23 years of marriage.
Jo, 54, was ditched by the 62-year-old Rolling Stones guitarist 18 months ago for Russian waitress Katia Ivanova, who was 19 at the time.
Talking about how she got over the marriage breakdown, Jo said: “A girlfriend said to me that one of the ways to get over someone is to do it with someone else. So I did – twice.”
Asked if it had worked, she said: “You bet it did. But my flings didn’t last very long. I realised it was too soon for me to settle into a relationship.
“I needed to have time alone.”
