Playboy boss Hugh Hefner has denied rumours he wants to get back with ex-girlfriend Holly Madison.

Reports claimed that Hefner, 83, was pining for Madison, who left the mansion last year along with other girlfriends Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson.

He is now dating Crystal Harris and twins Karissa and Kristine Shannon.

Hefner told E! Online: “The notion that I would want her [Holly] back as a girlfriend is bizarre. I am now in one of the best relationships in memory with Crystal Harris and the twins. I’m not going to screw it up with former girlfriends. I would not trade Crystal Harris for anybody else in the world. And then this thing comes out and today is Crystal’s birthday… it’s ridiculous.”

Movie hunk Ryan Reynolds proved he can cut it as a real-life action man by performing sword tricks from his new film on a US chat show.

The husband of Hollywood babe Scarlett Johansson spent five months learning how to handle a sword for a 40-second sequence in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Reynolds, who plays Wade Wilson, told Ellen DeGeneres: “Four or five months of learning this sword sequence – it’s sad when you think about it because it lasts 40 seconds in the whole movie. But you have to know what you’re doing, you have to know how to handle them.”

Reynolds wowed the audience by swirling the blades around at lightning-fast speed as he told them: “The trick is really getting your wrists to spin.”
