Justin Gaston, boyfriend of the singer and actress, recently admitted that he would like to be a dog due to the fact that the quadrupeds get so much attention. He said: “If I could, I’d be one of those little lapdogs that gets petted all day. You know, they wake up, get fed, get attention. I like attention. I’d like to be one of those little dogs. Is that weird?” Maybe the fact in itself is not so weird… after all, who wouldn’t wish to be a dog in today’s world? But this may be a subtle message for Miley Cyrus given the whole attention thing. Maybe something needs to change in their relationship.

The singer recently released a spoof commercial in which she promotes a perfume for gay people. The fragrance is apparently called “Mo,” and the tagline, delivered by Britney Spears herself at the end of the commercial, is: “One spray and the gays will run your way.” The logo’s producer, Christopher Willey, explained why Britney Spears agreed to make the commercial: “She’s having fun with her gay audience, because she’s an official gay icon at such a young and tender age. She has this natural rapport with the gay community. I think she just really likes her gay fans and she sees this as a way to talk directly to them, which she hasn’t really done before.” Well, well, well… it seems we learn something new every day. I never knew Britney Spears was a gay icon. Well don’t that just beat all!

The Mentalist, starring Aussie actor Simon Baker, has the sexiest cast of any TV show, according to an AOL poll.

It was also voted the best new show of 2009, while teen drama The Hills was said to be “so over.” Starlet Lauren Conrad’s departure may have affected the result, according to reports.

Baker plays Patrick Jane, a police consultant with sharp observational powers, on The Mentalist. The CBS drama took 58 per cent of votes cast and beat teen shows Gossip Girl and 90210.

Baker also won (56 per cent) “best comeback”. Anna Torv, of sci-fi show Fringe, was voted best newcomer, taking 32 per cent of votes.

The Victoria’s Secret model always fusses about how they look, and she worries that boyfriend Orlando Bloom will be turned off by them, sources say.

An insider said: “She meticulously grooms them and picks over them. She’s constantly worried that Orlando is going to see that her hands aren’t perfect, and thinks he’s not going to be turned on by hers.”

It follows reports that the Australian catwalk beauty, 26, has got engaged to the British actor, 32.

Gisele Bundchen has again been named the world’s highest-earning model.

The Brazilian-born beauty topped a Forbes.com list for the third year in a row after raking in an estimated $25m.

But despite making millions between June 2008 and June 2009, she made $10m less than the previous year – largely due to the global economic crisis.

Gisele Bundchen, 28, who recently wed US football star Tom Brady, has lucrative campaign deals with a string of fashion firms, including True Religion jeans and Versace. She also has her own successful shoe line.

Heidi Klum was in second place, with $16m, and Kate Moss came third, earning an estimated $8.5m.

Actor Ben Stiller has revealed there is an adult version of Night At The Museum 2 that will not be shown to viewers.

Ben, 43, stars in the sequel flick along with funny-guy actors including Ricky Gervais, Steve Coogan, Robin Williams and Jonah Hill.

Asked about the rumour he wet himself laughing while filming, he said: “Let’s just say a very adult version of Night At The Museum exists.”

He added: “Robin’s exactly as you’d imagine, very funny and always making jokes you can’t do in a family movie when the camera cuts. And those other guys are hilarious.”

Ben also admitted he sometimes gets fed up with people shouting movie catchphrases at him in the street.

He said: “It’s never irritating to hear people shout something they like, but at times, ‘Hey Focker,’ gets a little old.”

David Beckham was the victim of a conman who tried to hock photos of the football star with a female interpreter in Milan, a British report says.

The aim was to destroy the marriage of Beckham and his wife Victoria, it says.

But the photos were examined and found to relate to an innocent business meeting. The conman reportedly spent weeks trying to sell them.

Meanwhile, the Beckhams have spent an apparently romantic weekend at London’s Claridge Hotel.

Beckham has moved to Italy to play for AC Milan, on loan from the LA Galaxy team. His wife has remained in Los Angeles with the couple’s three sons.

Sarah Jessica Parker has expressed concern about the health of her surrogate children and the woman carrying them.

Parker, who is on set in New Mexico for Did You Hear About the Morgans?, hit out at tabloids and paparazzi that have zeroed in on the American carrying her twins.

The Sex and the City star, who has a son with actor husband Matthew Broderick, says the woman has faced “true harassment” on “a daily basis – on an hourly basis”.

“I am greatly concerned for her health and safety and the safe delivery of our children,” she said.

In April, the couple announced they were expecting twins being carried by a surrogate.

An outraged Parker said: “The most unsavoury things have been done. She’s had her phone hacked, her personal computer information hacked, she’s had threats against her.”

In footage shown on TV this week, comparisons were made between the modest home of the surrogate and the glamorous New York lifestyle of the showbiz couple.

Leggy Terminator Salvation beauty Moon Bloodgood showed off her stunning pins and “dominatrix” shoes on American TV.

Katie Price reportedly said she feels like Heather Mills after claiming the public has turned against her following her split with hubby Peter Andre.

The 31-year-old star, who recently pulled out of a chat show appearance, reportedly told pals the public have sided with husband Peter, 36, since news of their split was revealed.

Katie reportedly said to pals: “Everyone hates me, the whole world’s against me, and now I know how Heather Mills felt.”

Peter has spoken out about the split in a magazine article and said he has been missing his children – Junior, three, and Princess Tiaamii, one.

Katie’s pal added: “She knows Pete’s winning the PR battle at the moment – but she is confident that things will turn around sooner rather than later.”

The Victoria’s Secret beauty is said to be almost three months pregnant, sources say.

The Brazilian-born model, 27, and husband, Serbian basketball star Marko Jaric, eloped on Valentine’s Day and tied the knot in private.

They are said to be planning two weddings in each of their hometowns later this year.

A representative for Lima was unavailable for comment.

In April 2006, she reportedly told GQ magazine that she was a virgin – and didn’t believe in sex before marriage.

She said then: “They [men] have to respect that this is my choice.

“If there’s no respect, that means they don’t want me.”

The 23-year-old will marry football star Hank, 26, on June 27 at the Playboy mansion.

"I started doing girl-girl scenes in Los Angeles to help pay for my trip over to Scotland and it really helped."

AJ loved studying at St Andrews, even though she just missed out on a possible meeting with Prince William.

She said: "My time at St Andrews was definitely one of the best times of my life.

"Because I was studying artistry, anthropology and museum studies it was the best place I could have possibly been.

"The people were great, the town was super-fun.

"It was just a wonderful experience. I love Scotland.

"Prince William did go to my university, he graduated the year before I was there.

"I don’t know what would have happened if he was there when I was there.

"I don’t know if I would have sought him out, but I’m sure he would have noticed me!

"Because he had gone there that sort of persuaded a lot of aristos and royalty from other countries to go there, so there was still plenty to choose from!"

With her degrees under her belt, AJ decided the time was right to go back to adult movies.

She said: "Coming back into the industry was not a tough decision at all.

"I actually felt a little guilty that I wanted to so badly.

"I was like, ‘Am I supposed to really, really want to be still wild and crazy when I’ve put all this time into my education?’

"It was actually something I held back on a little bit and finally I said it’s something I should do again.

"My family is very, very supportive of me.

"They also know my education isn’t going anywhere.

"I think they’re surprised at my ingenuity.

"They’ve always known I was a really liberated, crazy sort of girl, so they were not surprised and they are very supportive."

AJ admitted she thinks Brit comic Russell Brand is hot – and she isn’t scared off by his reputation as a womaniser.

She revealed: "I do have a soft spot for Russell Brand. He is so hilarious. I’m dying to read his book as well

"I think a sense of humour and a sort of rocker image is like the ultimate in sexy.

"I’m a total Anglophile too. I love British guys.

"Russell Brand’s reputation doesn’t phase me at all.

"I mean I’m a porn star, so who am I to talk about anybody’s sexual exploits?"

"But if he’s ever in LA, I’d love to meet up."

AJ also told of her pride at being signed up to the elite stable of Vivid contract girls, which includes porn legends Tera Patrick and the now-retired Jenna Jameson.

The rising star, who appears in her first sex scenes with a man in her Vivid debut, said: "Being a Vivid contract girl is an honour. It’s a really elite list of girls.

The 29-year-old makes her cheeky revelation saying that she loses her dignity ‘all the time, every day’.

Lilly says: “I’m the type of person who, when I’m in the jungle working with Matthew Fox, will just crouch beside a bush 3ft away and take a pee.”

The actress, who plays Kate Austen in the hit TV series, says she almost snubbed the role.

“I kind of didn’t want it,” she says.

“I actually said: ‘That seems like a really crap script’. Because we never saw the entire script, just little pieces.

“It was a plane crash on a desert island, I thought: ‘Oh give me a break – dramatic Gilligan’s Island’.

“Turns out it was f****** brilliant.”

And the actress says that, although it may grip fans, she’s not preoccupied with which hunky co-star her character ends up with on screen.

Either Jack, the doctor played by Fox, or Sawyer, the con man played by Josh Holloway, will do.

“I’m not invested one way or the other,” she says.

“Matt and Josh are like my brothers. I love them, but I could never go there. It’s like if you had two brothers and had to decide which of them you’d like to do.”

Kylie Minogue denied the swell of rumours that she was about to announce her engagement to Spanish boyfriend Andres Velencoso.

Sparkling in several glam outfits in Cannes, Minogue sang his praises and said a firm but smiling “no” in an Australian television report.

Instead she threw the attention onto her interviewer: “She’s got a corsage – she’s ready to go!” joked Minogue.

The pair are reportedly looking to buy a property in Spain together in the fishing village of Tossa Del Mar, north of Barcelona.

Minogue performed at a charity event at the Riviera film festival.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is pregnant with her NFL quarterback husband Tom Brady, according to U.S reports.

It would be the first child for the 28-year-old Brazilian beauty, it was claimed.

Bundchen, the highest-paid model on the catwalk, and New England Patriot star Brady married in Santa Monica, California, in February.

The couple then held a second ceremony in Costa Rica in April.

Brady and Bundchen were pictured leaving a gynaecologist in New York City on May 4, but refused to comment on pregnancy rumours.

Tom Brady already has one son with his ex Bridget Moynahan, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, who is 17 months old.

Loved-up actor Brad Pitt has gushed about his family and admitted they might have another baby in London.

Pitt, 45, is married to Angelina Jolie, 33, and the couple have six children altogether, including three that were adopted from Ethiopia, Cambodia and Vietnam.

He said: “I am in love and I have the most beautiful family – what else can a guy want? I am the happiest man ever. My daughter from Africa is beautiful. We’re so lucky to have her and to have children from around the world. They’re all fantastic and we would love another. Who knows, maybe we’ll have one in London. I’d like that.”

Former American Idol finalist, MICHAEL JOHNS will be performing his new single “Heart on My Sleeve” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show next Monday, May 25th. The Aussie vocalist will be releasing his first post-Idol solo album, Hold Back My Heart on June 23rd. Encouraged by his mentor David Foster, who invited Johns to appear on his star-studded David Foster And Friends PBS special in December 2008, Johns chose the road less traveled, and for the first time in his adult life, went to work on an album with no deal in place. “Foster always said that the secret of his success is to look at whatever lane is open in the music industry and take it,” Johns recalls. “And the way my record combines old and new, I could open for Alicia Keys one night and John Mayer the next, it’s right in the middle.” Songwriter Diane Warren, who penned the knee-buckling ballad “Heart Is Weak,” was another key endorsement. “There’s nothing more validating than having these heavyweights behind you,” says Johns. “It’s like screw winning American Idol when people like David Foster and Diane Warren are saying you have the real thing here.”

With an album completed and ready to turn in, Johns had the rare freedom to shop it around, and when Downtown Records, home to Gnarls Barkley, Cold War Kids and Santigold, showed interest in a licensing deal, he jumped at the opportunity to finally control his own fate. “I think we’re in the most exciting period of music ever, because there’s so many ways to do it,” he says. And like most of his plans thus far, Johns is thinking big for his future. “The live show is going to be great,” he says excitedly. “I might even take it old school with different bands in different towns — almost like what Chuck Berry and all those guys used to do.”

Eva Herzigova suffered a wardrobe malfunction at the Cannes Film Festival when the paparazzi’s camera flashes turned her dress see-through.

The 36-year-old was on the red carpet in Cannes for a performance of Ken Loach’s Looking For Eric when the camera flashes started.

A source said: “Eva’s gown may have been floor-length but the frenzy of flashbulbs rendered it transparent.”

The source added: “It’s a mistake made by many novices but a seasoned catwalk trouper such as Eva surely knows the drill by now.”
