Larry Birkhead’s ex-lawyer vows to air dirty laundry in lawsuit

Larry Birkhead is set to face his furious former lawyer in a trial – and she has warned him she will air “a lot of dirty laundry”.
Debra Opri represented the 36-year-old in his paternity case against Howard Stern for custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, in 2007.
But their relationship went sensationally sour after she accused him of refusing to pay her fees.
Earlier this week Birkhead lost an attempt to take their $620,000 battle into arbitration at a hearing in a court of appeal and now Opri is fired-up for a battle.
She told Radar Online:"I have been ready for trial for the past two years. Mr Birkhead has a lot of dirty laundry that is going to be aired.
“In the end, he may be sorry what he wished for. Mr Birkhead shouldn’t go head to head with me. It’s a battle he can’t win."
Opri did not reveal any details of the “dirty laundry” but accused Birkhead of not paying back a $100,000 loan she made to him while they were working together.
She said: "It’s very regrettable. He welched on a loan."
