		<description>I tip my hat to her losing weight, but I wonder if she truly developed a body that toned on diet alone, especially at that age. When one gains a lot of weight at middle age, the skin loses elasticity, and for many women that age, excess skin will not shrink without some sort of cosmetic surgery, let alone, for a woman who has had children. I run 10 miles a day six days per week. I do a total body work out with weights 3 times per week. In the summer I cycle 300 miles per week, and do a 200 mile ride in one day once a month on top of the other cycling I have mentioned. I am very muscular. At 5 ft 4, I weigh 134 pounds, but guess what, I cannot get rid of the extra skin (Apron) I have at my bikini line, so I do not wear swim suits because I am self conscious. I happen to be Valerie Bertinelli&#039;s age, and It seems almost a miracle that at middle age, she has gotten rid of excess skin or pockets of excess cellulite and fat on diet alone.  Ah, if only I could get away with just a one hour work out per day to lose my jiggy bits, I would be so happy; however, some of us have to really work our asses off to just minimize those jiggy bit Valerie has miraculously gotten rid of.</description>
