Last month, plane crash survivor Travis Barker sued the companies linked to the tragic accident that killed two of his friends and injured him and DJ AM. Earlier this month, Otilia Villar Baker, the widow of one of the deceased from the accident also filed suit. Now, it’s DJ AM’s turn as he claims that as the plane reached takeoff speed, the pilots became aware of one or more of the tires blowing out saying “Rather than proceed to takeoff, they decided to abort and/or reject the takeoff in a negligent manner.” DJ AM is also suing the estates of the two pilots as well as Clay Lacy Aviation, Global Exec Aviation, Inter Travel & Services Inc, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co, and Learjet. He’s suing for “pain and suffering, lost earnings, property damage, past and future medical and health-related expenses, and punitive damages.”

After posing nude for a recent PETA campaign, pictures have been surfacing online of Khloe Kardashian’s prior love of fur.
She uses her blog to defend herself and explains why she was chosen by PETA.
The reason PETA approached me initially is because in my past I did wear fur and they wanted to educate me on the brutal ways in which animals are skinned for their pelts. After watching their video once, I was so horrified that I immediately swore off fur. The cruel treatment I saw had a great impact on me and I am deeply hurt that people are trying to criticize me for uneducated choices I made in my past that I now regret terribly.
I do know there are tons of photos where I am wearing fur pieces so this is to be expected, but I just wanted to let you know the real story behind my conscious decision and compassionate change of heart.
I have changed my ways and I hope that many other people will as well.

David Kross, the 18 year old co-star of Kate Winslet says their sex scenes got “better and better” because the actress made him feel more comfy by the way of telling jokes in between the steamy scenes while shooting for their new movie ‘The Reader’.
Kross said: “In the beginning I was really, really nervous but it got better and better and we started to make jokes. Kate said that after the scenes were over we’d laugh about them and that’s true.”
Well none of us doubt any of this at all, Kate’s a proven actress and proven herself at doing some of the most intimate sex scenes on screen and I think her best remains from the ‘Titanic’ opposite Dicaprio. Really must have been nervous that 18 year old boy who doesn’t even has much of experience as an actor.

Popular American Idol judge Paula Abdul has become synonymous with the talent search show but her continued stay in Idol is still questionable after she blamed the producers of the show for her stalker woes. Abdul stalker Paula Goodspeed committed suicide a month ago right in front of Abdul’s Hollywood home. Well, Abdul’s place in Idol has been inked for the 8th season at least.
The 46-year old Abdul said she has already warned Idol producers about Goodspeed being a stalker but they still allowed her to audition for the show. Abdul’s tirade is understandable though considering that this was not the first time that Goodspeed has been found near her property. The girl was also found by the police in the same spot where she committed suicide a few months ago.
It seems that Abdul is in hot water not only for blaming the show producers but for telling people that the producers found Goodspeed’s Paul obsession funny. Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe however said he could not recall Abdul asking them to remove Goodspeed from the audition.
The Mexican edition of Playboy magazine has stirred up major religious groups by putting a nude model resembling the Virgin Mary on the cover.

The magazine was released on December 1, just days before the Mexican’s pilgrimage to the Mexico City shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe.
On the cover, the Virgin Mary lookalike is seen wearing nothing more than a white cloth over her head and breasts, standing in front of a stained glass window, and with the cover line “We Love You, Maria” in Spanish.
This issue is definitely going to be a collector’s item. So I suggest you grab a copy before they run out of prints!
Since the release, the cover has caused outrage and prompted Playboy’s U.S. headquarters to apologize.
They apologized through a statement saying that Playboy Enterprises Inc, only issued a license to the publisher of the Mexican edition and that they do not have the ‘rights’ over the magazine. In other words, they did not approve or endorse the cover.
Yeah right!
