Wino Hubby is Guilty

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil has plead guilty to perversion of justice. Wino’s hubby finally admitted to assaulting a barman and then attempting to cover it up. Blake, as well as 3 co-defendants, plead guilty last week but a court order barred reporting pleas until now. There’s still no word on his sentencing but it may be safe to assume that he will be getting off a bit easily for the time he already served. Blake was arrested back in November 2007 and has been awaiting trial in jail ever since. The Wino hubby faces a maximum of 5 years in jail for the assault charge. Perversion of justice has a maximum sentence of life but it’s unlikely to be imposed in this case.
